Allergenic and Sensitization effects Test of earthplusTM with guinea pig
There was no skin reaction on the administration area for the group of animals which were administrated with earthplusTM . Other groups which were administrated the injection solvent also did not have skin reaction on the administration area.
Therefore, the test potion did not cause skin reaction in this test.
On the other hand, the group which was administrated DNCB (positive counterpart) showed obvious positive skin reaction. Therefore the test procedure is considered appropriate.
From the above result, it was concluded that earthplusTM does not have any allergenic and sensitization effects on guinea pigs under the condition of this test.
